Charges and destination

Enter your address in the basket or at checkout: available delivery methods, charges and the total payable appear before you confirm payment. The amount depends on the destination and order contents. No extra charge is added after confirmation.

Preparation and dispatch

Once the order and payment are confirmed, we prepare your CPAP machine and accessories, then arrange shipment through Envoi du Net. Exact delivery times depend on the destination and carrier; we provide tracking information when available.
