What we check
- Inspection: we check each machine's condition and usage-hour counter. We reject machines with excessive use or signs of blower weakness.
- Functional test: we check the functions under operating conditions.
- Cleaning: the machine is cleaned and disinfected. Single-patient components are replaced with new parts, including filters and the humidifier chamber depending on the model.
- Pre-dispatch check: we do not sell machines whose motherboard or blower has been replaced outside manufacturer servicing.
Condition and pack contents
A refurbished CPAP machine may show minor signs of use without affecting operation. Photos show the machine's condition as closely as possible. Contents depend on the model and selected options: the AirSense 10 AutoSet includes the HumidAir humidifier, standard tubing, two filters, power supply and a carry bag; a mask is optional. Warranty and pre-purchase questions
Our refurbished CPAP machines come with a one-year commercial warranty. In the event of a covered fault, we replace the whole machine in accordance with the warranty terms. To find out the usage hours or request details about the available machine's condition, contact us before ordering.
